(A) Multiple sessions of balloon dilatation with multiple plastic stenting failed to resolve the anastomotic biliary stricture (ABS) after LDLT. (B) Two guidewires were passed though ABSs to the superior and inferior intrahepatic ducts in the right hepatic lobe. (C) Two FCSEMSs were inserted for two months. (D) The FCSEMSs were removed because the ABSs had resolved.
