Fig. 4. A 76-year-old woman had recurrent gallstone pancreatitis. She underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography with biliary stent placement to relieve biliary obstruction. After biliary stent removal, she developed hematemesis. Angiogram found active contrast extravasation from the right hepatic artery (arrowhead) into common bile duct (arrow), suggested hepatic artery injury causing hemobilia and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
