Short segment occlusion involving right hepatic vein (RHV) ostium (arrow; A). Middle hepatic vein and left hepatic vein were occluded. Retrohepatic inferior venecava (IVC) stenosed for short segment (arrow; E). Through transhepatic approach, the RHV occlusion crossed (arrow; B) and 8 mm × 37 mm balloon expandable stent deployed across the occluded segment (arrow; C). Post-stenting angiogram shows the free flow of contrast across the stent (arrow; D). The IVC stenosis was crossed through the transfemoral approach and angioplasty performed using 18 mm balloon (arrow; F). Post-plasty angiogram shows the free flow of contrast across the previous stenotic segment (arrow; G).
