(B) The patient developed recurrent jaundice, a decrease in hemoglobin, and was diagnosed with stent dysfunction due to a large clot from a sphincterotomy bleed. (C) The clot was removed, electrocautery was applied, then a fully coated metal biliary stent was placed to ensure hemostasis.
