Short segment tight stenosis involving left hepatic vein ostium (arrow; A). Right hepatic vein and middle hepatic vein were occluded. Inferior venecava was patent. Through transhepatic approach stenosis crossed (arrow; B) and 8 mm × 37 mm balloon expandable stent deployed across the stenotic segment (arrow; C). Post-stenting angiogram shows the free flow of contrast across the stent (arrow; D).
