Fig. 1. A 57-year-old male patient who underwent total gastrectomy and distal pancreatectomy with splenectomy for gastric cancer and intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm in the pancreas. (A) Common hepatic arteriography shows massive extravasation of contrast media from left gastric artery stump (arrow). (B) The patient had stenosis in celiac os, and major hepatic arterial supply was through the superior mesenteric artery. Embolization from the common hepatic artery to celiac trunk using 12 coils (10 mm and 12 mm) and N-butyl cyanoacrylate was performed. (C) Completion aortography shows no evidence of residual arterial bleeding.
