Diffuse esophageal spasm | Normal median IRP, ≥ 20% premature contractions with DCI > 450 mmHg·s·cm |
Esophagogastric junction outflow obstruction | Elevated median IRP (> 15 mmHg), sufficient evidence of peristalsis such that criteria for types I–III achalasia are not met |
