Fig. 3. Few months later, the lumen apposing metal stent (LAMS) was removed, and the gastrojejunostomy could be intubated with a standard gastroscope. To prevent obliteration of the endoscopic ultrasound-gastrojejunostomy by surrounding mucosa, a cautery ablation of the fistula tract after LAMS removal may be considered.
