Fig. 2. The patient had duodenal and biliary obstruction due to pancreatic cancer. Biliary obstruction developed from occlusion of a previously placed metal stent. The endoscope traversed through the duodenal stent and a plastic biliary stent was placed within the biliary metal stent.
